About us

Jamie’s Computers is the social enterprise arm of The Society of St James; Southampton’s largest homelessness charity, providing housing, care and support to homeless and vulnerable people.

Jamie's Computers guarantees a professional and secure IT disposal service to businesses and individuals. We refurbish donated computers and make them available for reuse whilst anything that cannot be reused is recycled.

Disposal

Through our free IT disposal and refurbishment services, Jamie’s is able to provide training and voluntary opportunities to socially excluded adults within the community.

In addition, we can now extend our help abroad following our partnership with Computer Aid International.

Our data destruction service guarantees that none of your data can be retrieved and that your business is fully compliant.

Sales

Anyone can buy from us however; we do offer reduced priced machines for under-privileged individuals and charities – people who may not otherwise have had access to a computer.

Please go to sales for more information about the packages we offer.

We take full liability for the equipment we receive and refurbish.
